House Call Terms & Conditions:
Please take note of the following terms and conditions for House Calls. These have been established so we can provide the best possible care for our patients.
- Seasonal Charges: Between December and February, an additional charge will apply for all house call visits.
- Pre-Booked Appointments: To benefit from standard rates, please ensure house call appointments are booked at least 6 hours in advance.
- Urgent/Emergency Calls: For urgent or emergency house calls, additional charges will apply regardless of the booking period.
Our House Calls patients include
- Those who don't want to wait hours in an emergency room or urgent care facility.
- Individuals who are unable to make an appointment with their doctor within a suitable time-frame.
- Those who want to pay less than the rates charged at most emergency room and urgent care centres.
- Individuals who are too busy at home or work environment to take time away for a medical office visit.
- Those who are too ill to visit the doctor’s office, who would prefer an immediate visit by a house call doctor.
- Those who would prefer not to be exposed to other patient's germs or illnesses at a traditional doctor's office.
- Travelers who are away from home for business or recreation and require medical treatment from a house call physician.
- Individuals who would like to experience the personalized medical care that can only be provided by skilled house call doctors.
- Those who do not currently have and/or cannot afford a medical health insurance plan.
- Those who currently have a health insurance plan but don't have access to a physician, or have yet to choose a doctor on their health plan.

Basic antenatal ultrasound
We offer 3D screening, dating and fetal assessment scans through which we are able to assess the well being of your baby during your pregnancy.
Viability scan
In order for us to determine if it’s a viable pregnancy this can be done if you are at least 6 weeks pregnant, please remember to come with your bladder full.
Baby Growth Scan
This is to determine how your baby is growing, it is also best to come with a full bladder to this scan.
Dating Scan
This scan is to determine your baby’s development, the position of the placenta, we calculate baby’s head circumference, bi-parietal diameter, abdominal circumference, femur length and weight and can also give you an estimated date of delivery.
